Rachel recently had her third little boy and she documents life with her young family and her breastfeeding journey on her popular Instagram page @musingsofasussexmama. You’ll regularly find Rachel sharing the chaos of family life and enjoying being outdoors and gardening (when she can find the time!). Her down-to-earth and funny commentary on life, love, and style has earned her a loyal following.
Despite being a proud mama of three, Rachel is the first to admit it wasn’t easy expanding her family. She is honest about her secondary infertility and struggles to conceive her second child. Her own difficult experience made her passionate about helping others on their fertility journey, and ultimately led her to become a Fertility Coach.
