Regina qualified as a midwife in 2005 in Germany and then practised midwifery in England and Ireland. Today she works as a private lactation consultant IBCLC in North Dublin and runs a small breastfeeding support Youtube channel. She is also a member of the editorial team of the European Lactation Consultants Alliance journal Lactation & Breastfeeding. As a mother of 5 children, Regina has over 10 years of personal breastfeeding experience.
