Hi, I’m Katie,
I am a registered Nutritional Therapist (DipION, mBANT, mCNHC) specialising in fertility, pregnancy and postnatal health. I support women to be as healthy as possible so that they can either have a baby, enjoy their pregnancy or flourish after giving birth.
Having had a baby in 2020 I have experienced first hand how confusing and conflicting the health advice around conception and pregnancy can be; and how non-existent the postnatal support often is. Topics like ‘how do I stop morning sickness?’, 'what can I eat whilst breastfeeding' or ‘how to function on no sleep with a newborn’ can be overwhelming to say the least.
I hold specialist training in fertility and being a mum too I understand the complexities around fertility, pregnancy and postnatal health. I use my training, lived and clinical experience of working with couples who want to understand what to do to help them fall (or stay) pregnant, cope with morning (aka all day) sickness or help them enjoy breastfeeding and being mum to a newborn.
