September is well-known for being the most popular birth month (with Christmas festivities being the reason!). And, of course, with new babies also comes lots of new breastfeeding stories and updates from our favourite celebrities.

1. Becky Minkoff pumps milk in the car
Designer and mama of four Becky Minkoff is no stranger to pumping milk for her youngest child, but expressing milk a car whilst driving is next level! She uploaded a short video of herself driving whilst using a double electric breast pump as her friend in the passenger seat looked on in disbelief! In the caption Becky wrote: “Pumping is no easy feat but we can have blissfully full successful lives and make food for our babies and god that’s amazing. Shout out to all you pumping/nursing multi-tasking goddess!” We couldn’t agree more with this sentiment!
2. Ashley James navigates motherhood and work
Presenter and DJ Ashley James become a mama of two earlier this year when she gave birth to her little girl. Just recently Ashley and her daughter have been adjusting to a new schedule as six-month-old Ava has begun nursery. Along with a series of photos, including one of her breastfeeding Ava on the floor, Ashley let her followers know exactly how Ava’s first day of nursery went and how nervous she was about it all. She ended by saying: “I’m so proud of myself for navigating motherhood and work second time around! Especially whilst exclusively breastfeeding.” Go mama go!
3. Laura Anderson shares hilarious breastfeeding reel
TV personality and new mama Laura Anderson is currently getting to grips with breastfeeding her newborn daughter Bonnie. This month she uploaded a hilarious reel whereby she whips off her bra to meet the demands of her crying baby. We love the sass Laura brought to this, and so did her followers!
4. Charlotte Dawson does a day in the life video
Charlotte Dawson, TV personality and daughter of comedy legend Les Dawson, gave birth to her second son in July. Since then she has been regularly updating her fans on life as a family of four. This month she uploaded a ‘spend the day with me’ video, showing herself breastfeeding multiple times in amongst taking her son to nursery and doing household tasks. Her followers loved how Charlotte ‘kept it real’ and didn’t sugarcoat life with two young children.
5. Ireland Baldwin posts beautiful breastfeeding photo
Writer Ireland Baldwin, who is the daughter of Actors Alex Baldwin and Kim Basinger, gave birth to her little girl in April of this year. This month she posted a slew of photos showing what she has been up to. The first picture was a beautifully framed photo of her feeding her baby girl on top of a bed, with the natural light giving them both a golden glow.
6. Imogen Horton marks the end of her breastfeeding journey
Youtube star and mama of two Imogen Horton has marked the end of her breastfeeding journey with her oldest child. In a sweet black and white video, Imogen showed herself tandem feeding her toddler and newborn baby. She explained how much her and her little one had overcome to breastfeed in the beginning, never thinking they’d make it to two years. She ended by saying: “I have loved our journey so much, I never knew if I could breastfeed or if you’d latch or if you’d feed this long, I just followed your lead and I’ll continue to do so forever. I love you my little milky moo moos.”
