I'm Rachel, a hypnobirthing and antenatal teacher and mindful breastfeeding practitioner. I'm also a mum of 2 boys, both of whom were breastfed (one is still going strong at 22 months!) My passion is helping people to have positive, empowering birth experiences and calm, connected breastfeeding journeys. I live in Tonbridge, Kent, with my fun, noisy, gorgeous family.
