Let’s be honest, breastfeeding is not without its challenges, especially at the start. We look at some of the most common (and lesser-known) challenges and how you can work to overcome them.

Our aim is to raise awareness of the different emotional, physical, and mental issues that can be experienced when breastfeeding. From mama-centred challenges like depression and breastfeeding aversion to nipple pain and mastitis, we look at it all! We also look at child-specific issues like tongue-tie, allergies, and reflux and how these can impact on how we breastfeed.
