With so many stories to tell and information to share, we were itching to have meaningful chats with others in the breastfeeding community. We believe it’s only by sharing stories and experiences that we can truly learn and empower one another. So that’s why we have decided to launch our very own podcast!

Podcasts are great as they are a chance to really delve deep and explore topics in more detail. It’s an amazing opportunity to chat with real mamas and breastfeeding experts in a way that’s authentic, relatable, and empowering for listeners.

Each week we aim to bring you an interview-style episode featuring either a breastfeeding mama or expert. We want mamas to share their unique story and we want to hear from experts who can give us insights into complex breastfeeding topics. We’ll look to have meaningful conversations about breastfeeding, like how it impacts our sense of self, and why it’s often not the easiest journey to be on.
