Camilla Thurlow has slammed a troll who called her ‘classless’ for breastfeeding her baby in her car as she opened up about parenting in a candid post on Thursday.

The former Love Islander, 33, admitted she received criticism after posting a selfie as she fed her two-month old daughter Nora Bell.

In a lengthy caption, the mother-of-two explained that she initially shared the photograph because ‘it’s important to share that and not just the perfect moments’.'Grow up': Camilla Thurlow has slammed a troll who called her 'classless' for breastfeeding her baby in her car as she opened up about the 'reality' of parenting in a candid post on Thursday

Camilla penned: ‘I shared this on my stories earlier and someone sent me a message saying how “classless” it was.

‘It’s easy to end up sharing the highlights of parenting on here, but between the pretty reels are many moments, like this, that are part of the reality.

‘Like feeding in carparks, or pumping in bathroom stalls or using the five minutes you had for a cuppa to sterilise bottles.

‘There are the days when you leave an hour early (despite getting no sleep) to try and time feeds right so your baby is settled for a meeting.

‘Or stay up late when you’re utterly exhausted to wash your pump parts before work tomorrow, or try to screw a bottle top on one-handed whilst rocking a pram so you don’t disturb anyone.

‘There’s constant planning, and prepping and admin that you do to try and make things work for everyone (usually while trying to make it look easy at the same time), and then there’s enduring the critical looks when inevitably one day it doesn’t quite go as smoothly as planned despite all the effort you’ve put in.

‘I put that story up thinking there would be so many parents in a similar position today – feeding their baby, multi-tasking and making things work – because that’s the reality…’

The star then went on to hit out at anyone who may not like ‘seeing a baby being fed – either by bottle of breast, whether it’s on real life or on here’.

‘You need to grow up, because we don’t need the added job of trying to work around you too,’ Camilla added. ‘Let’s leave the business  of behaving like a baby to the babies.’ Opening up: The Love Island star shared a number of adorable snaps of her baby Nora as she answered fans questions as honestly as possible

She welcomed her second daughter Nora with husband Jamie Jewitt earlier this year.

The pair – who met on the dating show Love Island – are also parents to daughter Nell, 20 months.

Earlier this month, Camilla opened up about her experience parenting the second time around with her newborn in a candid Q&A on Instagram.

The media personality shared a number of adorable snaps of baby Nora as she answered fans’ questions as honestly as possible. Camilla Thurlow reveals she almost ruined fiancé Jamie’s

One fan asked if she has ‘found the transition from one to two hard’.

The reality star explained: ‘It’s difficult to compare. 1-2 has been nowhere near as big a shock to the system and I’ve found the newborn aspects (little getting feeding established, sleep etc) easier and less overwhelming even though Nora is a very different baby.’

‘The sunshine has helped a lot with my emotional well-being, so everything has felt a bit more positive this time but it does still feel like a big change and the challenge aspect has been figuring out how to make sure both girls are getting what they need, particularly during Nora’s feeds and Nell’s mealtimes and bedtime.

Camilla gave birth to Nora on May 27, 2022, and another asked is she found the experience different to Nell’s’.

'It¿s difficult to compare': Camilla said she has 'a lot of support and help in place this time' and when she had Nell the country went into lockdown

Camilla said: ‘They were very similar in lots of ways, I ended up on continuous monitoring with both (meconium with Nell, issue with growth scans with Nora) and both labours were relatively fast.

‘This time was a much more positive experience entirely due to the lovely midwives (and Jamie) who trusted that things were moving quickly and gave me the emotional support I needed at exactly the right time.

‘I had a difficult time coming to terms with Nell’s birth and I did a debrief where we discussed what could perhaps have been different but ultimately I am so grateful for my two girls and so thankful to the NHS for all they do and to midwives who have an unbelievably tough job, thank you x’Labour: Camilla gave birth to Nora on 27th May 2022 , she said it was 'very similar' to Nell's birth, 'I ended up on continuous monitoring with both and both labours were relatively fast'

Alongside a stunning selfie snap of herself breastfeeding Camilla detailed how she has found it ‘easier’ this time and ‘less painful’.

She added: ‘Much easier to establish this time, and much less painful partly due to understanding what to aim for with the latch.

‘She is more sicky than Nell, and struggles a bit with the fast flow so we have to pace things a bit and keep on top of burping.

‘This can mean feeds take a little more time but ultimately a totally different and far less painful experience this time. Amazing: Alongside a stunning selfie snap of herself breastfeeding Camilla detailed how she has found it 'easier' this time and 'less painful'

‘I’ll be at the 6 week mark this Friday so they will start thinking about whether to pump etc.’

The reality star said: ‘I wouldn’t necessarily say it gets easier as every phase has its own challenges but my honest opinion is that the whole experience of watching your little person growing up just keeps getting better.

‘I think there is a lot of pressure to enjoy the newborn phase and of course it’s lovely that they are so sweet and tiny, but they are some really tough aspects as well.
